Two interviews this week. Wish me luck. I think I did well enough to get at least one of the jobs if not both. I think I know which one I prefer but we will see what the outcome is if I receive an offer. Plenty of people calling me in regards to positions they wish to fill. I think I have more flexibility in my employment future than in the past. What I want more than anything is to expand my skills rather than being the mentor as I have been a mentor for too long now. I must keep growing or I will become too outdated. Working part-time for ColorSciences. They are kind enough to employ me and also be flexible enough so that I can continue to search for full-time employment.
Last week I was out of town in Tahoe. Never have seen deep snow until that trip. Just a Texas girl and not much of the cold wet stuff falls here. Snowmobiling is a blast but one tip, zip up all of your pockets. I temporarily lost my digital camera on the trip only to get it back after it was ran over by a snowmobile. I hope the images were not damaged but the camera is broken.
