Welcome to Down Home Ranch

Down Home Ranch is a country place for kids and adults with special needs. We're building an old-fashioned neighborhood where a helping hand is never far away.

Our Residential Program opened in November of 2001. Take a few minutes to look around the Ranch. You can meet our residents and campers, tour DHR Gardens, and visit with our little donkeys. Inquire about our camps coming up.

The mission of Down Home Ranch is to build a rural, self-reliant community for adults with mental retardation, offering training, housing, recreation, and dignified employment, as well as opportunities for growth in mind, body, and spirit.
